• 加料配比计量控制

  苯酚与甲醛的加料配比是酚醛树脂生产工艺的核心机密，也适影响产品合格与否的关键工艺参数，所以加料配比计量严格而且准确无误。这里采用称重仪来检测计量苯酚、甲醛的加入量，采用快速切断阀来控制苯酚、甲醛的加料物流。具体控制方案是：苯酚称重仪检测计量称重罐中的苯酚加入量，达到设定值时，发出关闭快速切断阀的信号，关闭控制苯酚加料物流的快速切断阀，切断苯酚加料物流；甲醛称重仪检测计量称重罐中的甲醛加入量，达到设定值时，发出关闭快速切断阀的信号，关闭控制甲醛加料物流的快速切断阀，切断甲醛加料物流。

  

  反应釜的温度控制

  在树脂合成反应的过程中，反应釜的温度是一个重要控制指标，工艺要求反应釜的温度严格受控且有规律变化。从45℃到85℃的温变过程具有明显的升温曲线的特征，升温曲线如下图所示。这里采用Pt100热电阻测温元件检测反应釜的温度，采用气动调节阀调节反应釜加热蒸汽， PID温度调节器以设定曲线值为给定值，通过气动调节阀调节反应釜加热蒸汽流量来实现反应釜的温度控制。
